Utility Tools Collection provides free, browser-based tools for file processing including image manipulation, PDF conversion, and video compression. All processing occurs client-side in your browser.

These tools are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of performance or availability.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to process and modify any files uploaded to these tools.

Users must not use these tools for illegal purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or creation of malicious content.

Users are responsible for backing up important files before processing, as we do not store or recover user data.

Utility Tools Collection and its creators are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of these tools.

Since all processing happens client-side, we have no control over how users interact with the tools or what files they process.

We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the output files generated by our tools.

The Utility Tools Collection software and interface are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their creators.

Users retain all rights to their original files and any processed results. We do not claim any ownership or rights to user files.

The open source nature of this project does not transfer ownership of the codebase to users.
